The prices below are my prices for my current, personal commissions for non-commercial use. Prices may vary dependent on the complexity of the artwork or request. Price will be discussed before the work is started.

⁀➷ ⇉ Illustrations start at $60 and includes a detailed background and at least one character. The price may increase dependent on the complexity of the character, amount of characters, and the size of the piece.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I UNDERSTAND THAT...
↳ commissions will take me from a week to (a maximum of) three months to complete, or longer dependent on the complexity. if there is a deadline, discuss this with me beforehand. This heavily depends on my availability and my school/work hours.
↳ do not credit my art or characters as your own ; please give me credit when others ask who the artist is ! you're free to share it, post it, etc as long as you do not claim yourself to be the artist.
↳ you will only receive the digital art file. not the printed art; you may print it out yourself after receiving the digital file. do not redistribute my art commercially.
↳ you absolutely can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. you will be blacklisted from commissioning me any further and blocked on all my socials.
↳ if you order anything nsfw you MUST be 18+ and be willing to prove it.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL ART?
↳ PERSONAL art is art not made to generate a profit. using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites such as Twitter or Instagram, printing for yourself and not redistributing it, is personal use.
↳ COMMERCIAL art is art made to generate a profit, or that directly or indirectly has to do with finances. This can include things such as thumbnails on Youtube Videos, charms you intend to sell, or company logos.
You certify that you have read, understood and accepted your terms of service. You must be of legal age and/or have your parent's permission to purchase it.

*i will only do artistic nudity, which is nudity with no sexual themes attached.
**canon characters refer to characters from an existing franchise. ( ie. darth vader )
***moderate gore refers to typical gore you would see in a slasher film and nothing more.
***artwork that promotes hate refers to artwork that depicts nazis/islamophobia, sexism, homophobia, ableism, racism, and are intended to harm any community. there is no exception for this rule, do not ask me to depict this.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
THIS WILL GO OVER REFUNDS, PAYMENT PLANS, ETC. by commissioning me you have read both my terms of service AND my refund policy to avoid future confusion/anger. while there ARE exceptions, this is not guaranteed.
↳ PAYMENT can be through: venmo, paypal, kofi, apple pay, or zelle : other sites may be considered !
↳ There are some circumstances where you might ask/need a refund. Perhaps something came up and you need the money for something else, I am taking longer than you're comfortable with, or maybe you don't own the character or aren't friends with the person anymore.
↳ I do accept refunds, however out of respect for both of time, it may not be a full refund dependent on how finished the commission is.
For my personal comfort, I would like at least 50% of the payment upfront. If this makes you uncomfortable please let me know. I know as both customer and client it can be uncomfortable and I'm willing to compromise.
⁀➷ ⇉ a full refund will be given if we are in the beginning stages of the art process. such as sketching (for non sketch commissions like illustrations, chibi, etc.) or if revisions are made (to the sketch) and you are still dissatisfied.
⁀➷ ⇉ in the beginning stages you are allowed to make changes and suggestions. once the sketch is fully approved (as well as the rough color sketch), no more changes may be made after the twenty four hour mark.
⁀➷ ⇉ if half of the commission ( lets say the lineart or base colors is done ) than you will get a 50% refund of the product. if you have only paid the upfront 50% than this money will be kept and you will not have to pay for the completion of the product, you will get the lineart + the base colors.
for example: if you bought an illustration and it got past the final sketching stage, than i will keep $30 due to the time spent on the commission beforehand. there may be exceptions, however do not count on this. if you request a refund while the sketching stage is ongoing or with rough/loose coloring, then you will get your money back provided it is not a sketch commission in the first place.
⁀➷ ⇉ once the product is completely finished, you will be unable to request a refund or ask for major changes to the piece. commissioning me means you understand this and acknowledge that major changes will not take place after the final sketch.
